We use registered International Airmail for all of our orders. The final delivery time depends on the reliability of your postal service. From order to arrival of shipment generally takes between ca. 10 and 15 business days. After an order is placed at http://www.extreme-fitness.net/, the Costumer is automatically notified by E-mail when we approve and ship his/her order. Please, notice that we do not ship orders within 24 hours to give the Costumer a possibility to change or update his/her address and/or the order items. In such cases, those Costumers must immediately send us an e-mail with your changes. The order number must be enclosed when writing about changes in the order.
